You may upload only material you own, material in the public domain, or material you otherwise have permission to process. You remain responsible for copyright and other rights in uploaded works.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Waraq to violate laws, compromise security, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, or process content that you are not authorized to use.
4. AI-assisted results
OCR and translations may contain errors. Waraq provides review tools, but users must verify results before research, publication, legal, religious, or other consequential use.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled. Limits, included features, taxes, refunds, and renewal terms are shown during purchase.
6. Availability
We work to provide a dependable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as OCR, translation, and security systems improve.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Waraq is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from unreviewed OCR or translation output.
