We collect account details such as name and email address, project metadata, uploaded source files, OCR text, corrections, translations, reference pairs, and essential technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
Information is used to provide authentication, file processing, OCR, translation, project storage, customer support, service security, and subscription administration. We do not sell personal information.
You retain ownership of books, scans, OCR corrections, translations, and reference material that you are authorized to upload. Content is processed only to provide the requested Waraq features.
Specialized infrastructure and AI providers may process limited data where required to deliver storage, OCR, translation, email, or payment services. Providers are selected with confidentiality and security obligations in mind.
Account and project data is retained while the service is active or as needed for legitimate legal and operational purposes. Users may request account or project deletion, subject to required retention periods.
